Position : HR Shared Services Benefits Specialist
Location : Cleveland Heights, OH 44118
Duration : 13 Weeks Contract
Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

NOTE: Please note that the traveler will need to be onsite at our Brooklyn Heights, OH location 2-3 days/week for training and then it will be 100% remote. No exceptions,

Job Responsibilities:

Administers one or more of the following services to include new hire benefit enrollment, benefits administration, annual open enrollment, and/or employment programs/actions.

Triaging emails/voicemails and HR Service Desk tickets to escalate to appropriate person.

Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to all employee benefits.

Process benefits verification letters and dependent verification.

Mandatory Qualifications:

BA in Human Resources or related field. In lieu of degree, any equivalent combination or education, training and experience in addition to the experience stated below.

Two years prior HR benefits experience in a mid-size to large Human Resources department.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience with Infor or similar HRIS system.

Previous HR experience in a Healthcare system.

HR certification: PHR, SHRM-CP.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

Ability to move around intermittently throughout the day including sitting, standing, stooping, bending. May need to remain still for extended periods of time, including sitting and standing.

Ability to communicate face to face, via phone, video, and email and any other communication.

Ability to read job related documents.

Must be able to use a computer.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
