Depending on skill level, the role can be changed to a SALARY position. Company has locations in Lake Tahoe and Colorado. Spanish speakers preferrred.
This company serves 2nd homeowners in the Truckee - Tahoe area. We clean homes and condos from Tahoma to Tahoe City and Truckee. The company has a very strong clientele base as well and many well trained, highly organized, independent cleaning teams.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the cleaning teams and inspector making sure that quality goals are achieved and that housekeeping standards are consistently met. This job requires nearly 100% of your time spent in the field visiting crews, following up on inspections, and team supervision.
