The Job:

The Maintenance Asst / Floor Tech is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping / Plant Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director and Maintenance Director.

Daily Functions:

- Ensure that work . cleaning schedules are closely followed

-Coordinate daily Housekeeping services with Nursing services when performing routine cleaning and maintenance issues.

- Make urgent repairs as needed

- Handle Resident / Family requests

Qualifications:

- MUST be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language (Bilingual applicants are encourages to apply)

- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public

- MUST be able to pass a Department of Aging and Disability Services background check / Criminal History check (convictions judged by DADS standards)

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
