Menno Haven is seeking Household Team Members to join our family! Household Team Members in our Memory Care Houses provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL's, dining, housekeeping and programming. Our Household Team Members work collaboratively to create a home-like environment and encourage resident involvement. The Memory Care Homes at Menno Haven are designed for individuals who may have dementia and are in need of a safe, secure, family-centered environment.
We are offering a $2500.00 sign on bonus for full-time and part-time hires.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Active CNA license in PA, preferred
- Current CPR certified, required
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
