Job description

We are currently hiring for a House Manager in Elysian. Position includes, but not limited to supervising site employees, training, participating in client team meetings, supply ordering, clients' medical appointments, on call, and providing direct support care to adults with disabilities.

Ideal candidate has a minimum of AAS degree in health care or management , and previous experience in a supervisory role. All applicants are subject to a background study, and drug/alcohol study. All sites a staff smoke free (no smoking)

Floor hours include: Mon, Wed, Thur 7a-3p. Tue 10a-6p, and Fridays are flex/office day. As a manager you are obligated to be on the on call rotation for emergency's, appointments, and floor coverage if there are open shifts.

Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and can work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Homes are cleaned regularly. Handwashing and masking required. Vaccinations are strongly encouraged.

Experience:

• Healthcare and supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
