SILVER CLOUD HOTELS – BELLEVUE EASTGATE location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our GENERAL MANAGER position. An exciting environment in the heart of the I-90 tech corridor near Microsoft and T-Mobile’s Corporate Offices. The hotel features 145 guest rooms and suites, with 2,000 sq/ft of meeting space.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The General Manager is responsible for the overall hotel operations including: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, food & beverage, team building, and staff development. The General Manager also works closely with the Director of Sales to manage hotel sales, catering and budgets.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotel operations management, financial accountability and budgeting preferred

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent. Bachelors degree or higher in related field preferred.

o Excellent organizational skills

o Excellent communication skills

o Ability to adapt to changing business demands, guest and team member needs

o Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the hotel

o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor

o Previous experience building and support teams

o Previous experience with assessing guest feedback to enhance guest experience

o Results oriented with ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
