Hotel Front Desk Agent

St. George Hilton Garden Inn, one of Southern Utah’s premier, full-service vacation and convention destinations, wants you to join our amazing team!

PART TIME or FULL TIME

POSITION PURPOSE: Provide valued Guests with exceptional care and hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times

· Maintain a high level of service and hospitality

· Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner

· Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures

· Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism

· Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)

· Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns

· Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance

· Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.

Experience: Prior hospitality experience desired but not neccesary.

Grooming: Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Schedule:

· Day and Evening Shifts Available

· Shifts are generally 7am-3-pm, 3pm-11pm

· Must be able to work varying shifts based on business and client demand, including weekends and holidays as necessary
