Schedule: Full time, 30-35 hours per week (10 hours food service, 20-25 hours housekeeping), weekend and evening availability

Pay: Starting at $15.67 - $15.94 per hour

Location: Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, MN

How You'll Contribute:

• Prepare meals according to menu, following recipe and production requirements
• Maintain inventory for both food service and housekeeping
• Supervise and provide guidance to other hospitality staff
• Perform opening and/or closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
• Conduct general cleaning of cabins and public buildings
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Previous housekeeping and foodservice experience desirable
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures required
• Good organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Hold or be willing to acquire MN Department of Health Food Protection Managers Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and move continually during working hours
• Must be able to pass an organizational background study
