As a Hospital Operations Manager your primary role is partnering with the Medical Director (co-owner) to lead every aspect of the clinic day to day. Your role is to inspire and support your team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while looking for ways to improve on the clinic’s metrics. You will help the hospital and your team grow.

The impact you will have every day
- Lead by example
- Mentor, educate, and motivate clinic team members to excel
- Balance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organization.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Lead weekly team meetings with the Medical Director
- Clearly communicate expectations and build a culture of feedback
- Interview and onboard new team members.
- Promote community within the clinic team and within other HOM’s in the GoodVets community
What we look for
- Experience driving performance through strong people management
- Effective communication, utilizing various methods
- 3+ years of previous veterinary technician experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
