Schenck Process engineers have extensive application knowledge for processing industries such as chemical, food, plastics, pet food, grain, cement, mining, wood and petrochemical. We are currently seeking a Hopper Molder for our location in Whitewater, WI.

The Hopper Molder supports the activities of the Operations department by performing set up and operation of molding processes to manufacture vinyl and polyurethane hoppers, dust elbows, and nozzles. Additional assignments may include Machining, Painting, Assembly and Sheet Metal.

. Responsibilities:

• Performs mold process operations by the set up and operation of equipment, cleaning molds, preheats, dips mold or pours vinyl/polyurethane into molds.
• Places molds in oven to cure.
• After mold cures, trim excess material and removes hopper from mold.
• Performs a variety of quality checks.
• Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools.

Required Education/Experience :

High School diploma or equivalent plus production experience. Ability to read blueprints and drive a forklift required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
