Job description
Horizons Community Care of Holiday Health Care offers private-duty nursing and treatment for chronic and acute illnesses and nursing/caregiving for pediatric and adult patients with disabilities. We're adding nurses to our team that will provide quality, skilled nursing in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care in a patient’s home. The nurse will have the responsibility of observing, assessing, nursing diagnosis, counseling, caring, and teaching the ill, injured, or confined.
An example of a current available schedule is 3 days per week from 7:00 am-11:00 am on the west side of Evansville and 2 days per week from 2:30 pm-5:00 pm in Newburgh. Opportunity to increase hours in May 2023 when school is out.

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a registered nursing program from an accredited school
- Must possess and maintain a current, and in good standing, license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
- Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and the ability to drive to patient residencies
- Must maintain current CPR certification or acquire certification prior to employment
