Job description
- Provides personal care and related services in the home.
- Perform tasks assigned by and under the supervision of an RN.
- Assist with certain treatments as ordered by the physician and approved and supervised by the nurse.
- Prepare and report any change in the patient’s condition.
- Confirm the scheduling of visits with the Supervisor on a weekly basis.
- High school diploma or GED required, CNA required.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training.
- Must have current CPR certification.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto liability insurance.
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
