Our company is looking for a Home Health Aide to work closely with our patients at their homes. We will also require the Home Health Aide to learn our administrative system and complete office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and organizing projects and maintaining records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care (i.e. bathing, walking, dressing, toileting, grooming, meal preparation).
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication administration and other treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient's condition and behaviors.
• Help coordinate the care of a patient.
• Follow the physician's orders.
• Be available to work some evenings and weekends.
• Be available to work holidays.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer patients into bed, bathtub, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
