Home Care Coordinator
HomeAides is seeking a Home Care Coordinator with a positive attitude, is reliable and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will excel in paying attention to detail and following instructions precisely.
Responsibilities
- Handling phone calls
- Greeting office visitors
- Help Administrator with scheduling and billing tasks as directed
- New client intakes
- Case management
- New caregiver onboarding process
- Managing caregivers
- Train new caregivers when required
- Other clerical tasks
- Expected to fill in as caregiver (average 1 time per week)
- Participate in on-call phone coverage rotation
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal/communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft word/excel/etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Caregiving background a plus
- Work with confidential information while following HIPPA policies
Benefits/Compensation
- Pay rate is $15-$17 per hour
