Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Serves as a member of the Multidisciplinary Group
- Provide hospice services to individuals, their families
- Providing and manage care for a caseload of primarily complex clients under the general direction of management
- Clinical supervision of staff Registered Nurses
- Leadership role provides supervision to CNA's associated with a caseload
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary group and other caregivers to meet specific goals
- Assures access to other disciplines, as needed.
- 7 on, 7 off
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Current Registered Nurse / RN license
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of nursing principles, practices & policies
- Valid Utah Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Previous Home Care or Hospice
Schedule of the Registered Nurse:
Position works Tuesday - Monday, Monday to Friday hours are 5pm to 8am, Saturday and Sunday are 24 hours on call. The registered nurse takes evening admits, on-call visits, and scheduled evening visits.

The Registered Nurse will work with the Salt Lake City office, serving Salt Lake County and the surrounding areas. Registered Nurses work directly with Homecare and Hospice patients and caregivers and in the comfort of their homes.
