East Pennsboro Area School District, a school system located in Cumberland County, seeks candidates for a High School Principal opening at East Pennsboro Area High School. East Pennsboro is a 9-12 High School that serves approximately 800 students. The successful candidate will become the educational leader for a school that serves to accomplish the larger, common district mission for East Pennsboro. Qualifications for this position include an active Pennsylvania Principal certification. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: experience and knowledge in data driven decision-making to inform instruction and improve student growth; success in fostering character development; knowledge and implementation of best practices in instruction and assessment strategies; effective utilization of the teacher observation and evaluation processes; and strong communication and technical skills.
