We are seeking a HHA Coordinator with our shared values, to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Print paperwork for HHA packets and putting them together.
- Assists in hiring and orientation of HHAs.
- Assists with in-service, incidents, and terminations of all HHAs.
- Orientate HHAs to IPOC charting.
- Making sure that all HHA paperwork is complete after orientation, review IPOC and Paper notes as needed.
- Assisting with scanning, naming, and uploading all HHA contractor paperwork.
- Assists in keeping folders of updated forms in office in case of computer failures.
- Schedule visits in IGEA for HHA charting.
- Prepare/order and deliver new Client care kits and binders.
- Keep updated Client/HHA list with HHA schedules.
- Take all HHA call ins and work on replacements 24/7 on call.
- Assists in keeping 24-hour patient schedules updated.
- Keep an updated list to be sure that HHAs turn in notes timely.
- Coordinates scheduling HHA hours.
- Communication with CMs regarding their Clients HHA needs.
- Contacting all HHAs when there has been an update with procedure.
- Coordinates with Case Manager with HHA POC.
- May fulfill HHA shifts as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of CNA training, the individual will meet the qualifications for a home health aide as his or her hours of training will exceed the minimum required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks at one time along with tasks as required for each client.
- Good working knowledge of computer and internet-based applications along with other office machines as necessary to complete job.
- Safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must understand and respect clients needs, including ethics and confidentiality of care.
- Professional appearance necessary.
