HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
Primary responsibilities include:
· Deploy new computers
· Create, maintain, and delete user accounts as needed
· Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues
· Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
· Answer/assist with basic user “how to” questions (how to add signature to Outlook)
· Provide remote and on-site support to clients
· Document all work performed in ticketing system
· Good communications skills and personality
· Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
· Strong documentation skill; all work needs to be promptly and clearly documented
· Car/Driver’s License
· Able to lift to 50lbs (printers, computers, servers etc.)
Requirements: at least one industry certification (A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft) associate degree in computer science (bachelor’s degree preferred), prefer help desk experience, the ability to work independently and as a team member, exceptional communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) with a starting base of $45+K (depending on level of experience), with a generous benefit package. A background check and clean DMV report are required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel 20% of the time.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
