This role is part of the Core Systems and Platforms organization at Century Solutions Group. We drive innovative, strategic, and technology focused digital solutions and design thinking to enhance the global workforce’s productivity and enable future capabilities through simplification and adoption of technology tools and automation.
We are seeking an IT Service Manager for Enterprise Identity and Access Management services at Century Solutions Group. You will be part of a cross-functional organization responsible for growing and evolving the IT services and supporting integration within our businesses and corporate functions. Our teams are located in both Atlanta and Tyrone.

In this role, you will be an IT Service Manager for our Identity and Access Management services:
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment
- Skill in leading people and getting results with strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
- Availability to handle “on call” escalations after hours, holidays, and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field
- Eight years related experience or equivalent combination or education and experience
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Service team
- Dispatch and schedule service request
- Interface and lead technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved effectively
- Drive problem investigations and resolutions as required
- Managing the Staff of Technicians
- Assigning the daily duties and preparing schedules
- Directing appropriate resolutions to ensure un-interrupted operations
- Coordinating operations information and activities on a daily and weekly basics with other IT Managers
- Keep required logs and system logs according to department procedures
- Ensure proper coordination and collaboration with technical team
- Establish quality assurance and quality control policies in accordance with best practices defining benchmarks and measures
- Ensure that systems, processes, methodologies are followed according to company guidelines
- Identify trends and develop strategies to support the trends
- Provide metrics and reporting to CTO and management team
- Ensure quality and profitability
This applicant will need an in-depth knowledge of all facets in computer operations with supervisory experience. The Manager should have excellent at planning and problem-solving skills not only for him/herself but for others. There is a need for superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
A minimum of (5) five years of operations experience in combination with (3) three or more years of Managing technical personal.
