We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Heavy-duty wrecker/recovery Operator for our towing/recovery operations. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with supervisor, creating invoices, driving to the scene of an accident or breakdown, recovering heavy equipment and load in a manner not to create more damage connecting the vehicle to the tow truck, and transporting it back to the service yard, and exceeding expectations to provide an exceptional experience for the customer.To excel in this role, you must be approachable and detail-oriented with proven hospitality or customer service experience. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
