Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM
Onsite Position
Responsibilities:

• Participates in full-cycle recruitment, from position requisition to placement.
• Collaborates with CHS management to develop and support recruitment strategy.
• Creates a strong pipeline of candidates to meet CHS recruitment needs.
• Develops professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Provides periodic and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics inclusive of vacancy rate, time to fill, cost to fill, etc.
• Determines appropriate mediums for advertisements in consultation with leadership.
• Pro-actively recruits both active and passive candidates.
• Builds and manage relationships with schools, professional associations and other networking opportunities.
• Outlook, Microsoft word, Power point – knowledge

Department Preferences:

• 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment capacity (health-care recruitment experience preferred)
• 4-year college degree
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience using social media as a recruitment tool
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment
• Expert ability with MS Office titles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Practical knowledge of commonly used HR concepts and procedures
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System; Icims PeopleSoft
• Data Analyst

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
