The Hospital Controller will be joining a tight-knit, 50+ inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. This 50-patient bed treatment and recovery facility is home to a number of rehabilitation services including brain injury, stroke, and other debilitating effects from a severe injury or illness.

The Hospital Controller will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will manage the Dietary Manager, Payroll department, Accounts Payable, a Material Manager, Dietician. The Rehabilitation Hospital Controller will collaborate with the Finance Department consisting of accountants, analysts, and patient service reps. The Hospital Controller will also work with Administration, Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare personnel for the development of reimbursement strategies.

In the role of Hospital Controller, this talented individual will be expected to lead and direct financial undertakings such as financial reporting, forecasting, accounting, payor contract management, control monitoring, and other financial activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel coupled with prior experience in SAP, cash flow forecasts, year-end audits, and budgetary reports will make for quick interviews!
