Job description
Provide individual, group and family therapy, as well as occasional crisis counseling, in a clinic setting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family, or counseling field; active WI DSPS License/Certification as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor or Marriage & Family Therapist within three years of hire; active WI Medical Assistance Provider Number within 90 days of hire; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27. Prefer experience with Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children and/or adolescents or seriously persistent mentally ill individuals.
