Responsibilities:

• Inspect the interior and exterior of all buildings for safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance needs.
• Ensure that all cleaning and housekeeping equipment are properly maintained and operate properly.
• Make general repairs to equipment when needed.
• Plan cleaning routes and assign duties to employees.
• Prepare a detailed cleaning schedule for the day, week, or month based upon the needs of the facility.
• Communicate effectively with employees and other departments.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Ensure safety of staff by monitoring their work area; thoroughly training employees; and inspecting work for compliance with policies and procedures as well as for safety, quality, and quantity.
• Maintain records that document daily restocking of supplies, monthly cleaning schedules, departmental budgets, etc., including departmental accountability for supplies used or equipment damaged beyond repair.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
