Napoleon Spring Works, Inc. is a world leader in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of garage door hardware and components.
We have full-time positions available on 1st shift/Overtime available. Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40lbs as needed. Paid Weekly. Raise after 60 days based on work performance and good attendance.
- Excellent benefit package including medical, dental and vision available after 90 days. Previous factory experience helpful, but not necessary.
