Currently hiring for a full-time and part-time positions at our Chicopee location.
Applications may be picked up at the lobby of the motel.
Part time position
Guest Services Representative
Morning shifts 7am to 3pm, and evening shifts, 3pm to 11pm. We are located on Johnny Cake Hollow Road in Chicopee behind the McDonalds.
Job duties include:
Process guest registration, computing and collecting payments, entering information into registration computer.
Greeting guests and providing visitors with information on local attractions and amenities, and assisting guests with requests or any issues with their stay.
Answering phone calls, reading and running various computer reports, making and confirming guest reservations, maintaining records of assigned and available rooms, sort and rack incoming messages and mail, maintain appearance of front lobby.
