Basic purpose or function: Responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles and coat check while promoting a positive Guest and Team Member experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promotes positive guest and Team Member relationships
- Responsible for safely parking guest vehicles
- Responsible for safely retrieving guest’s vehicles in a timely manner
- Ensuring that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner
- Greet and assist with guests entering and exiting the property
- Maintain and organize coat check area always ensuring cleanliness
- Hang and organize coats within the order system
- Return coats and items using the order system to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Maintains major promotional prizes displayed outside the front entrance of the casino
- Maintain entrance i.e., shoveling, de-icing when necessary
- Perform Quest sales responsibilities, as needed
- Promotes emotional connections with guests and Team Members
- Ability to work varying hours and days (including weekends and holidays)
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good public relations and strong oral communications skills
- Must work well as part of a team
- Well-organized with a guest-oriented approach
- Must present a neat, clean, professional appearance
- Valid WI Driver’s License
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be insurable
- Must be able to obtain a key gaming license
