Responsibilities of the Program Manager
- Supervise a team of direct support professionals.
- Report any concerns about health and safety and keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date.
- Caregiving
- Support, Assist and Teach individuals with developmental disabilities daily living skills (may include preparing snacks or meals, activities of daily living, or a number of other skills including use of leisure time and community involvement)
- Develop a relationship with the individual(s) you are caring for and support them. Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to work with the people we support as they learn new skills and achieve goals.
Requirements of the Program Manager
- High school or equivalent
- Arizona driver's license; Must qualify as driver for AIRES insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have the ability to successfully pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance
- Pass AIRES training
- Good physical stamina and the ability to safely stand, pivot, and move up to 40 pounds in order to transfer people are required
- Basic computer proficiency

Total pay rate is $19.15/hour. At this time we are able to pay out quarterly bonuses to Program Managers on top of their hourly rate. This bonus amount will be $0.90/hour. Hourly rate $18.25 plus bonus of $0.90/hour paid quarterly. This makes total pay rate $19.15/hour. Managers are eligible for an incentive bonus also.
