Are you passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals? Join the Y staff team as a Fitness instructor! These are part-time positions working 2-8 hours per week depending on availability; all shifts are available; the hours preferred are between 8am – 10am, 11am – 2pm. Located at the Dahl (La Crosse) Branch and Houser (Onalaska) Branch. Free Y adult membership, program discounts, and free employee assistance program.
Types of Classes Include (but are not limited to):
- Chair/low-impact fitness classes
- Senior exercise
- Water exercise
- Strength Training
- High-Intensity Interval Training
Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- No experience is necessary. Willing to mentor the right candidate.
