We are seeking a per diem group facilitator to support our residential program Monte Nido California located in Calabasas. This is a residentia program working with adult females.
The anticipated schedule is Sunday 9am-3pm with option to pick up other shifts as needed.
Responsibilities Include::
CA regulations require all healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated. In compliance with the state of CA regulations, all employees are required to provide documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination or furnish a completed mandatory declination form with qualified reason prior to start date. Employees who are not vaccinated are required to provide negative Covid-19 test results on a weekly basis per CA regulations.

Responsibilities Include::

Facilitates group therapy under the guidance of primary therapist

Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers

Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
-
Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities

Enrolled in a Master's program in clinical counseling or related discipline
-
State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
-
Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful

Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
