• Pressure clean front of building including entrances and perimeter walkways, large exterior trash receptacles, awnings, entrance mats and exterior building walls as needed. In back of building: the compactor area, awnings, food and beverage concrete walkways to snack bars, security and administration staircases, Bingo entrance and exterior mats, interior trash receptacles and chain link fencing/slats.
• Empty trash receptacles, perimeter of building and throughout parking lot and pick up trash from parking lot medians and landscaping.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot

• 
  High School diploma required as well as one (1) to three (3) years public area cleaning experience or an equivalent combination of education and or experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  Must be able to work in a smoking environment
• An individual is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Prolonged period of walking, reaching and climbing
• Must be able to work in high and low/precarious places
