Boot Factory Outlet Pigeon Forge-$15.00 per hour

We offer a $500 bonus at the completion of six months, flexible schedule, one weekend off per month, benefits, and a free pair of boots!!

As a Greeter at Boot Country, you will be our Ambassador! Your duty is to create an amazing first impression by engaging with our guests as they enter the store. You will be responsible for inviting them in, telling them about our sales model, and answering any questions they may have.

You must be outgoing, friendly, and approachable! You must also like interacting with people and having conversations.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests as they enter the store and greeting them properly.
• Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back.
• Maintain constant presence at entrance or front of store monitoring incoming and outgoing customer traffic, as a deterrent to theft.
• Listen attentively to guest questions, concerns, or suggestions and be prepared to answer their questions. Refers more extensive inquiries by calling for Team Member assistance.
• Identifies and communicates all suspicious activity to Manager-on-Duty to prevent potential theft using various tools and technology such as handheld radio.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• No experience necessary – work history in restaurant, retail, or customer service a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Capable of working in a standing position while wearing western boots for long periods of time.
