The Greeter is responsible for providing excellent guest service by greeting the guest with a beverage, asking to sign in, and answering phone. This position is critical to Any Lab Test Now because it is important that our guests feel welcomed when they enter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guest with a smile and a beverage.
• Informs guests of specials and/or promotions, answers questions and makes suggestions when asked.
• Uses up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience.
• Addresses guest concerns and informs Manager.
• Answers the telephone and responds to inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Assist with scheduling appointments

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Guest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the customer.
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
• Prioritizes responsibilities and achieves results through multi-tasking.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21,000.00 - $28,000.00 per year
