Job description
Motobilt is seeking a highly motivated individual to add to our marketing team. Primary functions for the position will include graphic design, ad layout, photo editing, and creating content for social media. Other functions for the position will be using graphic design skills to compile marketing material like email campaigns, dealer support material, and adding/editing products on the company website. The ideal person must be a team player who can work closely with our website manager and sales staff.

Graphic Designer - Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design in a professional environment
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Strong communications skills: oral, written, and presentation.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to work with team members and other internal clients.
- The person will have a proven team player proactive, can-do attitude; and is self-motivated, detail-oriented, solution driven.
- He/she must be an excellent problem-solver with solution-based thinking.
- The person must be a creative risk-taker who practices sound judgment and enjoys accountability, as well as the ability to collaborate with clients.
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficient in all design aspects
- Work with a wide range of media
- Exceptional visual style and understanding of typography, layout, color and images

Due to the nature of our multi-team approach to design projects, this position is located in-house, requiring you to be on site working side by side with us at our facility. We are not looking for remote workers, contractors, or non-US citizens currently. You will be willing to relocate to the Dothan/Ozark, AL area.
**Not a remote position must be able to work at the location in Ozark, AL**
Salary depends on education/experience.
Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm

Benefits Include: BCBS Insurance with the company paying a portion of the monthly premium eligible after completion of 90 days of continuous employment, 40 hours vacation and 40 hours personal time after one year of continuous employment, paid holidays, 401k with match and the benefit of working for a family-owned small business.
