Job description
We're looking for a motivated Graphic Designer who provides active support for the Marketing department. This person applies art, design, and copy layout skills to produce visually engaging concepts and marketing assets for our internal brands. Projects may include social media assets, print collateral material, videos, brand presentations, large-format graphics, and more.

Responsibilities
- Creates content for websites, brochures, magazines, digital advertisements, technical publications, publications, e-commerce, press releases, blogs, and other campaigns.
- Updates company websites.
- Develops multimedia (audio/video) content for product marketing, promo videos, internal/external training, recruiting, customer stories, and podcasts.
- Organizes graphic designs for social media platforms.
- Selects and uses proper photographic and AV equipment to capture, record, stream, and broadcast events and subjects.
- Uses professional expertise to capture high-quality images.
- Supports in planning, developing, and arranging material for presentations, webinars, tradeshows, and podcasts.
- Collaborates with internal and external staff
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required. Major or at least significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Marketing, or any related discipline.
- 2-4 years of related work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prior experience with a copywriting, graphic design, digital marketing, website content development, social media, professional photography, and video production.
- Project Management skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Suite, macOS, G Suite, Adobe, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and related software applications, ERP (preferred: NetSuite), and CRM.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, climbing stairs and ladders, and carrying boxes.
- Must be able to lift to 15Ibs at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
