EFK Group is a high energy, fast paced Digital & Creative Ad Agency looking to hire an AWESOMELY talented full-time Graphic Designer with digital experience!

**MINIMUM 2 YEARS AGENCY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION!

The proper candidate for this position will be responsible for:

· Exceeding our client’s creative expectations while ensuring digital functionality.

· Ability to visualize and create concepts from the idea phase all the way through to the final product, giving direction on photographic styles, imagery, typography, and iconography.

· Partner with the Creative and Art Directors to ensure all creative aligns to the overall brand visions for our clients.

· Proactively seek out new web design technologies tools and trends.

· Create EPIC digital experiences with exceptional UX/UI design.

Required Experience/Skills:

· 2+ years’ experience

· Design/production work

· Substantial professional interactive design background of highly impactful creative (UX/UI design)

· Current knowledge of best practice in web design and experienced with responsive web design

· Exceptionally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Must be team-oriented, dedicated, self-motivated and collaborative

· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to translate feedback visually

· Portfolio should have strong digital and traditional creative – Animation a plus!

Pay: $20.00 - $35.44 per hour
