Graphic Designer - Online Marketing Coordinator

Our Marketing Team supports our business by creating and posting content for our agency and agents. As part of the team, you would be responsible for marketing on our websites, social platforms, and search engines to increase traffic and visibility for our company as well as our agents. This includes managing SEO and KPIs as well as staying up to date on strategies and trends. This is an in-person/on-site position and can be filled in either Newberg, OR, or McMinnville, OR.

Compensation:

$18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duty is to maintain the company’s online presence. This includes websites, Social Media accts, support agent accts, creating social media content for both the company and agents, as well as stay up-to-date on social media changes and trends, running Google ads, YouTube ads, and SEO.
  • Meet with Marketing Team, Admin Staff, and Agents to receive social media, design, and tech support requests.
  • Design and follow through with projects from idea to completion.
  • Save completed work on the marketing cloud drive in an organized fashion, uploading files upon completion.
  • Maintain all assignment tasks on Trello.
  • Communicate quickly with staff members on Slack.
  • Reply to emails in a timely manner. Maintain an updated Outlook calendar including out-of-office status.
  • Assist with any requests for tech support by taking the task from the requested party and researching or making needed help desk calls to resolve the issue.
  • Complete any requests from the admin team.
  • Support the office they reside in.
  • Other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate - Expert Knowledge of Social Media Platforms – FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube & Google Business
  • Previous experience with managing SEO: best practices, tools, and requirements
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Adobe Suite- Primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Canva
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic Knowledge Trello task management and Basic Knowledge Slack or similar messaging software
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Mac and PC Platforms
  • Basic Knowledge of iPhone and Android Platforms
  • Basic Knowledge of Cloud Drive Storage and File Management
  • Basic Knowledge of Photography
  • Ability to work in a group and independently
  • Ability to troubleshoot tech issues with research and help desk calls
  • Ability to learn software and updates quickly and with ease
  • Willing to travel as requested, dependable transportation
  • Reliable ability to be contacted, such as a cell phone
  • A helpful demeanor, Patience with various client tech understanding levels
