Job description
- Part time seasonal position.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends, holidays, early morning and evening shift Memorial Day - Labor Day
- Minimum of 2-3 days per week during the season.
- Facilitate the golfers experience by greeting them, informing them of course procedures and facilitating their golf experience
- Managing tee times by effectively communicating with guests as to the expectations of pace of play, etiquette and rules.
- Change course water coolers every day and log in water cooler log book.
- Pick up trash and debris while driving the course and report anything that needs addressed to the Golf Professional
- Clean and detail the player assistance cart
- Help Customer service when needed
- Lead out shotgun tournaments and maintain pace of play
- Clean area around the cart staging area, driving range and curb side check in
- Maintain a clean organized work space.
- Be knowledgeable about golf terminology.
- Clean, Re-stock and maintain an organized work area
- Secure all areas prior to leaving the facility
- Maintain awareness of where golfers are on the course so you are able to make educated decisions.
- Maintain contact with the Golf staff, starters, rangers and food and beverage staff to ensure staffing levels and guest satisfaction.
