We have a brand-new opportunity for a Global Leaves and Benefits Analyst to join our client’s team remotely. The ideal candidate should have experience working within Workday and Google Suite and have strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent attention to deal, and great customer service skills. Our client requires a candidate who has proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as well as experience working with remote employee populations.

Overview:

Send benefits eligibility files (new hires, leavers, salary updates, etc.) for all EMEA and APAC benefit programs to vendors

Send monthly payroll benefits and leave deduction files to the payroll team

Onboard new hires, offboard terminations, and process international transfers onto / off local benefit plans

Answer tier 1 benefits and leave Zendesk tickets

Leave program administration: record leaves of absences in Workday, coordinate leave pay with payroll team, and serve as the HR point of contact for employees

Manage the procurement and security requirements for all benefits vendors including tracking due dates, liaising with internal teams, and reminding vendors of their tasks

Assist with benefits communications to employees and vendors

Assist with sickness and workers' compensation record tracking

Assist with annual vacation accrual tasks

Assist with ad-hoc benefits and leave projects
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
