This position is responsible for establishing community connections to secure girls and adult membership in Union County.

What Winning in this Role Looks Like

• Organizing and coordinating informational/promotional events, troops and meetings, or presentations for girls and adults through community venues.
• Cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with local schools, parent organizations, businesses, and community organizations to increase visibility, funding options and partnerships.
• Making cold contacts daily and follows up up on warm leads. Developing and maintaining resources to support all communities.

The Skills You Need to Win

• Passionate about girl leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with knowledge of how best to reach different audiences and execute communications among multigenerational communities.
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred.
• Self-motivated and efficient with strong time-management skills.
• Great written and oral communication skills, including public presentations (virtually and in person).
• Ability to relate well to both adults and children.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, major social media platforms, and various video conferencing software; familiarity with Salesforce, a plus.
• Have access to automobile for daily travel.
• Girl Scout experience is very helpful (but not critical).
• Comfortable and able to converse in Spanish would be useful (but not a must).

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
