RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At start of shift, receive vehicle dispatch instructions from Service Concierge Coordinator.
• Transport loaner Genesis vehicle to client (at their home or office).
• Begin check-in process with the client, gathering all pertinent information, signatures, etc.
• Return to service department with client’s vehicle for their services to be performed.
• When services are complete, take the client’s vehicle to our Detail Center to be cleaned and fill the gas tank.
• Prior to departure, inspect the client’s vehicle, and ensure all paperwork from Advisor has been placed in the vehicle.
• Return vehicle to the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Past experience in a customer service environment with “face to face” interaction a plus.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history report.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Utilize good judgment.
• Apply safe driving skills.
