ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the movement of slab material in and out of inventory
• CNC or BACA machine operating
• Physically lift and move substantial parts of stone
• Utilize overhead crane to move slabs and parts of stone material
• Keeping area clean and organized
• Accomplishes production results by working with all the departments
• Participate in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency
• Compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including code of conduct and attendance policy
• Other job duties required by Management

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or higher
• Ability to use measuring tools and read a tape measure
• Be able to decipher color variations in stone material
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well in a manufacturing teamwork environment
• Ability to read & use a tape measure
• Basic math skills

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· 1-3 Year experience at Lakeside Surfaces, Inc.

• Experience with tracking programs

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. continuously throughout and 8-12 hour shift
• Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to safely operate forklift and overhead crane
• Ability to follow all safety requirements
