General Superintendent Mechanical Construction (Commercial)
Job description
Performance Construction has an urgent need for a General MECHANICAL Superintendent in the Colorado Mountains.
This person will be highly proficient with all 3 trades (Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Pipefitting) and have experience with being the mechanical lead on COMMERCIAL mechanical projects $15 million or greater. We are currently on two large projects and have two more that have not broken ground yet. The two current projects are a luxury condo and townhome build in Avon, Colorado and a luxury hotel lodge in Copper Mountain, Colorado.
Candidates must have 15+ years experience overseeeing all three trades and we are looking for a candidate that wants grow and advance his/her career into an Area Superintendent. This person would have the drive and skillset to advance his/her career to eventually “own” the mountain mechanical field work.
Pay is $130k-$150k with a $21 an hour Per Diem on a 40 hour week (That’s an extra $840/hr of untaxed pay per week or $43,680 a year),
Relocation negotiable when applicable.
There is a 0-20% annual incentive bonus plan based on personal and company performance.
Company vehicle, cellphone, laptop, and 120 hours of PTO are provided.
There is also a 3% company match if employee puts in 5% to 401k and top notch company benefits.
