Position Description:

The Manager helps with the day to day management of the park. We are looking for someone who has management skills or experience or is currently studying Business Administration looking to gain some experience in business management and day to day operations. The ideal candidate should have some Customer Service Experience and should have worked in the retail store or managed a store in the past.

The Manager will be required to aid in interviewing and selecting candidates to hire, promote and terminate staff members. Provide training, instruction and guidance to all Staff members. Also assists with setting weekly work schedules in Shift Planning along with monitoring punctuality and attendance of staff. In conjunction with the General Manager, counsels and disciplines Staff members. Manager is also responsible for enforcing the rules in place for all positions with the staff, ensuring the safety of both customers and staff and also works to ensure the cleanliness of the entire facility by adhering to daily checklists. Candidate should be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ensure the safe operation of the park under the direction of the General Park Manager and when the General Park Manager is unavailable
  • Coordinate with manager to create staff schedule.
  • Handle customer service issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Advocate safety and satisfaction for both employees and guests.
  • Supervise all employees at the park, and assist with training and development.
  • Ensure all staff members are trained in all products, procedures, and services to date (promotions, events, etc.).
  • Assist with recruiting new staff, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Manage employee development, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with marketing the park in the community.
  • Create orders for operating supplies: wristbands, party supplies, gift cards, custodial supplies, etc.
  • Support the manager in charitable donation requests.
  • Book birthday parties, corporate events, etc. Coordinate with employees to complete and carry out the party or event. Visit, create and maintain relationships with key community influencers (schools, hospitals, corporations, etc.).
  • Assist with building and trampoline maintenance.
  • Work with local community and businesses to increase park revenue.
  • Become familiar with and understand monthly P&L statements and weekly financial reports.
  • Support company policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Cover shifts wwith staff available and find coverage ona as needed basis.
  • Manage the daily operations of the facility. Opening, Closing, Tallying tills etc.
  • Interviewing, selecting, hiring, training, development, promotion, counseling and termination of all Staff members
  • Setting up weekly staff work schedules in Shift Planning.
  • Maintaining Store Cleanliness
  • Primary Objectives:
  • Manage the Operation, Safety and Cleanliness of the facility.
  • Assist in the management and scheduling of staff.
  • Handle the training of the staff
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to our guests. Service with a smile. Be patient and help plan and promote various deals within the park among clients.

Pay stated is base pay plus benefits which will have the gross pay for the selected individual between $60K to $70K. We pay 100% of Health Insurance for all full time employees. Opportunity for Growth on the job as we grow and expand will be available to any selected candidate.
