Job Duties and Skills:

Description: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of Lehigh Homestead Shell,

L.L.C.. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily

operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Duties are

diverse and general in nature and are therefore not classified in any one

functional area of management or administration.

(1) Intended area of employment is Lehigh Acres, Florida and the employee will

need to reside in or near Lee County, Florida; (2) On-the-job training will be

provided to the worker; (3) The employer will use a single workweek as its

standard for computing wages due; (4) Worker will be paid bi-weekly; (5) The

employer intends to assist worker to secure board and lodging; (6) The employer

will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law and

specifies no other deductions will apply.(7) The employer will provide to the

worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment

required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k);
