General Maintenance Worker
Job description
This maintenance position is responsible for performing general road maintenance, to include, but not limited to, mowing, patching and repairing roads, grading, snow removal, leaf removal, storm water management, etc. This position requires trail maintenance to include trimming vegetation, constructing steps and handrails, installing signage, etc. Other basic general maintenance functions around facilities and homes within the community as needed. Must possess a valid drivers license and have a general working knowledge of basic power tools. Preference given to individuals who can operate farm tractors and heavy equipment, but not required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
