The next generation of ownership has become an ever-growing presence at the company. Our Plant Manager, Supervisors and Leads meet with Human Resources on a weekly basis to talk about ways to improve our shop culture. We even have an Employee Relations Manager who’s office is out in the shop to assist employees.

From stadiums and arenas to hospitals and skyscrapers, our complex structural steel and plate fabrications are the backbones of most complex megastructures all over the country.

• Flexible Scheduling: First shift employees have the option to start at 5, 6, or 7 am Monday – Friday. Fridays are flexible and Saturdays are voluntary. Second shift operates Monday – Thursday from 3:30pm – 3:00 am, Fridays are voluntary. Second shift employees receive a night shift premium of $1.60/hour effective immediately. Voluntary Fridays, No weekends.
• Stable Work- We are not seasonal
• Innovative and Affordable Healthcare: We have put a lot of effort into being able to provide good healthcare at a very affordable cost to our employees. We have an onsite clinic that you and your family can use. Insurance available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Single Coverage is approximately $14/week, Family Coverage is approximately $40/week.
