General Labor for Stone Fab Facility

Assists in producing and preparing natural stone product for sale, as well as cleaning and maintaining property and equipment. Specific duties include mechanically splitting or sawing stone, manually stacking stone on pallets or in boxes, producing samples, maintaining equipment, cleaning/organizing the work areas, and more. General laborer must meet physical requirements, be hardworking, and able to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently. Must have an eye for detail to learn and recognize various stone types and colors, learn safety precautions, and use many tools. Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining a general knowledge and understanding of Kafka Granite’s procedures, quality standards, and safety precautions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for production team.
• Assisting production team in preparing consistent and quality product for sale.

Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal positions available. No proof of vaccination required. No experience is necessary. Guaranteed first shift. Other shifts may be available upon request. $2,000 retention bonus after the first six months of employment. Generous benefit packages available for full-time employees! Opportunities to advance.
