Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete assignments given by Reconditioning Manager
• Complete high-level diagnosis of issues with vehicles
• Repair and replace electrical systems and parts
• Conduct durability and electrical diagnosis repairs
• Durability and electrical diagnosis and repair
• Removes faulty units from vehicles, disassembles them, and replaces worn and broken parts and fluid in unit
• Minimize repair costs and effectively communicates repair costs to Service Advisor/Service Manager
• Assist and provide support with special assignments as directed by Service Advisor/Service Manager
• Repair each vehicle within set schedule
• Additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds via team lifting.
• Good close and far vision ability to inspect the vehicle and drive.
• Must be able to inspect vehicle to determine repairs needed.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Work Environment:

• Primarily inside shop garage
• In and out of vehicles?
• Indoor employee lunch area?

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday only
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation:?

• $ 48.00 an hour
