Job description
Working at Sparty's Locker Room with Dyehard Fan Supply, part of the Teall Capital Family, at Michigan State University Athletics will give you the opportunity to interact with Spartan fans and help supply them with awesome team merchandise, souvenirs and more. You will be the friendly face Spartan fans see and seek out when stopping by any of our game day retail locations.
The Game Day Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out the front line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organization, creating the ultimate game day shopping experience for Spartan fans and maintaining retail standards through back of house operations.
What You'll Do as a Game Day Retail Associate
Greet and help customers through assistance in suggestion and location of merchandise based on the customer requests.- Display a positive attitude and promote teamwork
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Follow procedures in running the cash register and take initiative in doing retail tasks
- Stock, price, and organize merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness inside the sales locations
- Other duties as assigned
